This national honor highlights businesses that go above and beyond in fostering positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplaces. Out of thousands of businesses considered across the country, Walkabout was selected as one of only 100 organizations whose culture stands out as a model for others.

For two decades, Walkabout has worked to create more than just an outfitter—the owners, Tina and Kirk Miller, built a community. From empowering team members with training and growth opportunities to fostering a supportive, family-like environment, Walkabout’s culture reflects the values they carry into everything they do.
