RETURN POLICY (In-Store and Online Purchases)
We greatly appreciate you shopping at Walkabout Outfitter; a small, family-owned business. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with any non-sale item, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit for its original purchase price.
All Clearance Sale items are sold as-is and cannot be returned.
• You can expect your refund, store credit, or exchange within 2 weeks from the time we receive your return.
• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item(s) must be clean, unused, and otherwise the same condition as order was sent.
• Item (s) must include all original tags, packaging, and instructions.
• No refunds on shipping charges to or from the store.

• Shipping rates (before applicable taxes and discounts):
Orders $0.00 - $49.99 shipping fee is $7.95.
Orders $50.00 - $98.00 shipping fee is $9.95.
Orders $99.00 and over shipping is FREE.
• We ship USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
•Over-sized items like hammock stands and camp furniture are available to buy online, pick up in-store. Please note those items will not have a shipping option at checkout.
• We do not do business in CA, FL, or NY. We apologize for any inconvenience! We do not ship to AK, CA, HI, FL, or NY.
• Our goal is to ship out within 4 days of receiving your order.
