The Store Manager creates the schedule a month at a time. This allows the Assistant Store Manager to request days off, vacation, preferred work-times, etc. The open communication enables flexibility as needed.

Competitive Hourly Wage

The Assistant Store Manager position is an hourly position, 35-40 hours/week, at $17.00 - $20.00/per hour including sales bonuses, dependent on experience. This hourly wage range equates to approximately $35,360.00 - $41,600.00 per year based on a 40-hour week.
