Vacation/personal days are accumulated per pay period. Each year you are with us, your paid days get increased by one day.

Throughout each month, there are store-wide sales goals, which your store's team achieves together. If your store hits the level one or level two sales goal at the end of the month, you will receive a bonus in your paycheck.

Accommodating Schedule

The Store Manager creates the schedule a month at a time. This allows the Assistant Store Manager to request days off, vacation, preferred work-times, etc. The open communication enables flexibility as needed.
